Virtual Yoga

We continue to offer virtual classes to our members as part of our efforts to support you in your home practice.  These classes can be access thru the class schedule on our website.

We put together an overview about the virtual classes.


• Members with a Monthly renewal pass and Annual pass.

• Members with a 5, 10, or 15 class pass.

• Members with an active introductory or GroupOn pass.

• Members who purchase a single class.

• Members who have purchased a Virtual Only Monthly pass.

Props for Your Home Practice

We have put together a list of alternatives that you can use in place of the standard props available in the studio.

• Blocks: One or two thick books stacked, folded blankets or towels, rolled up blankets or towels

• Strap: Belt or towel

• Bolster: One or two bed pillows, 2-5 blankets placed on top of each other and rolling them up

• Wedge: One rolled up blanket long ways, thick book
